Client Experience Coordinator

Full-time | Reporting to the Director of Operations

Facilitate the relationship between families and the Nanny Angel volunteers. Support the navigation of resources to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities: Key Deliverables

  • Complete program intake, assessment and referrals
  • Facilitate Nanny Angel match
  • Book and coordinate visits between mom and volunteer Nanny Angels
  • Provide mentorship for student placements and evaluate performance
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Manger Data System (CRM) with accuracy
  • Support and monitor relationship between families and Nanny Angels
  • Assist Nanny Angels to design/develop activities to maximize experience for children
  • Liaise with health care professionals
  • Gather data and relevant program statistics
  • Collaborate with team members to produce marketing collateral and social media content
  • Support Community Engagement Coordinator to assess volunteer training requirements
  • Contributes to the completion of an annual program evaluation
  • Recommend improvements related to program performance, database management, risk and quality strategies
  • Contribute to activities that fulfill expansion plan
  • Perform additional tasks that support the effective operation of Nanny Angel Network

Qualifications

  • Completion of Human Services Diploma (Social Service Worker, Human Services Administration or Community Services) from a recognized Community College or University and 5 years of related experience (preferably supporting individuals with cancer)
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with families and volunteers
  • Experienced in program delivery within a health and human services sector
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of cancer and early childhood development
  • Established relationships with other service providers to support appropriate referrals to assist families affected by cancer
  • Valid drivers license and access to vehicle
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with possible travel outside of Toronto GTA
  • Passion and commitment to support Nanny Angel Network’s mission
  • Ability to think outside the box- and make a difference
  • Proficient knowledge of information management systems and data collection
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to speak different languages and cultural competencies to deliver service within various communities considered an asset
