The Homework Club
Parents wear many hats. They are their kids’ heroes, caregivers and teachers. When a mom is diagnosed with cancer fulfilling all these roles can be challenging. That’s why NAN established the Homework Club, a program that provides children with a homework buddy to guide, encourage and help problem solve so that kids can maintain a school routine and build confidence. For approximately two hours every week, our carefully selected Homework Angels engage kids with one on one virtual support to help them overcome learning obstacles and encourage a positive work ethic. Moms have the time to take a break, have a rest, and focus on their wellness.
This program is open to all eligible NAN families. To learn more please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 4167300025 x 2.
